The former Center Lake Hotel built in 1966 is currently under rehabilitation and being converted into 137 units of permanent supportive housing for some of the most vulnerable Veterans. Once completed, Step Up will provide PSH housing and supportive services to Veterans experiencing chronic homelessness and earning less than 30% of the median average income.
This hotel conversion includes all the structural and safety upgrades as well as ADA compliance, common areas include a community room, kitchen, and laundry. Each unit will have new kitchenettes and flooring.
